  1. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that you have breached this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate to protect the platform, users, pets, staff, franchise operations, technical systems, or legal position.
That action may include removing content, restricting features, disabling uploads, suspending communications, freezing bookings, limiting dashboard access, denying refunds, cancelling transactions where appropriate, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving evidence, or reporting matters to relevant authorities.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may give notice before taking action, but we are not required to do so in every case, especially where there are safety, fraud, security, abuse, or legal concerns.

We may also investigate complaints, cooperate with law enforcement, payment providers, regulators, insurers, or other relevant third parties, and take remedial steps where necessary.
We may take action under this policy, the Terms and Conditions, the Refund Policy, the EULA where applicable, or any other related platform terms, where the same conduct breaches more than one document.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from actions reasonably taken by us to enforce this policy or protect the platform.

If you believe that a user has breached this policy, misused the platform, infringed rights, created a safety issue, or engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct, you should report the issue to us as soon as possible.
You should provide enough detail to allow us to review the matter properly, including relevant names, dates, screenshots, booking references, communications, or other supporting information where available.
We may not act on every report in the way a reporting party requests, but we may investigate and respond as we consider appropriate.
